About the only thing that can sabotage your business at that point is ... greed and ego.
It's crucial long-term that you build a good relationship with your people, and vice versa. You can ruin that relationship by greed or ego or both. Everybody is looking to build the solid income. And the way you build the income in network marketing is, a lot of people each do a little bit.
Recognize that all those people also want income, and they want recognition. The way to reach the goals you really want is by focusing on helping the others in your group achieve their own dreams. Get rid of greed and/or ego anytime you see them start to develop.
