Be In Action to Get to the Re-Actions You Need for Your MLM Business PDF Print E-mail
Results are based either on action or non action but ones re-action to their results can only be reflected back to the choices made to do nothing or to move forward on the goals one has for their business. Now this is certainly not rocket science that we are talking about here. And while it is such a simple and known fact one must be in correct action to get correct results it seems to be a huge gap in behavior to get expected results.

What are some of the reasons that an individual may not be getting the results they want?

• Not having clear goals can cause conflict of direction and action. If you or your team members are not creating expected results take time to review the clarity of goals involved. It could be this easy, and you can clear up the issues and move forward!

• If your goals are in order then the next place to look for the gap in the action plan is to review the training that has been offered and what the reception of the training is in creating action! Is the training congruent with the expected results? If not, here is a great opportunity to enroll the team in sharing the responsibility and being a part of a bigger goal in getting the group trained and pointed in the proper direction! If the goals for you and your team are in order then the next item to review is lack of planning.

• Being in action can keep one in creation and out of reaction however the action that is thought out and follows a plan to create the results one wants is obviously what we are wanting... Review the planning of how the you and the team are going to follow through on the set goals, review the training process and make sure it is realistic to all involved and meets the needs of all involved. Last but not least in creating the best plan of action is to create a budget and know that two of the primary reasons for small business failure are the lack of a plan and under-capitalization.


The challenge to you is to take these points of action, review where you and how you measure up to getting the sought after reactions that mark what success is for your ML*M business. Being in proper action is being in the world doing the proper activities to build your business and the foundation of everything that exists as we want it.
